According to my boyfriend, getting up at 5:30 on a Friday to host and participate in a workout-event is madness. I kind of agreed with him when I, around six in the morning, walked in the dark and freezing cold over to Studio Levels. Kind of forgot I live in Scandinavia. Got some pretty dark and cold months ahead of us.
But as soon as I got there, got to meet the bunch of lovely influencers we had invited and got my body moving to THE best playlist in history, I suddenly wasn’t tired anymore. It felt so good to get moving and Marie Emré, behind The Workout Plan, somehow makes working out fun!
It was a circuit workout, where we got to use our whole body and in the end, we went together two and two for some boxing. Just what I needed, felt like I could let my frustration go through every hit and kick. Hard as hell for my non-existing abs though, but I pushed through it (ass you can see in a picture further down, haha)
